What an awful awful experience I’ve had with this place I’m renting two units and just because I don’t have the code. I have everything else that I need but they will not just open the gate during regular hours and the two ladies in the front or just awful, awful, horrible people, rude, inconsiderate, and very. Unprofessional. Highly do not recommend 😡

Staff is super friendly. One of the nicer storage facilities I've seen. Easy to navigate. Added bonus they had a promotion on and I got a 10x15 unit for less than most places charge for small unit! Winning! 100% recommend this place!

The service I received was exceptional! Unfortunately I cant recall the ladies name but she was very helpful, she made sure I was comfortable with my rental, she took time explaining the contract and showed me how how to use the lock etc. The yard is very clean and maintained well, also my rental unit was very clean and I feel my belongings are safe with the security cameras and locked perimeter fencing. I got in on a deal, one month free plus a discounted monthly rate. There moving boxes, paper and bubble wrap were the least expensive I've seen in Red Deer. My only complaint is that my rental fee will go up, I was told we dont know when this will happen or how much it will go up, the good thing they give 2 months notice when this will happen and they have month to month contracts so that made me feel better.

Way cheaper and better kept options than this place. Very run down in comparison lacking real thought in its design. - can't use he keypads to get in and out from your vehicle due to how they were installed - no gutter so any snow melt or rain pours on you while accessing the unit - no gutter also causes massive patches of glare ice in front of your unit which is dangerous during winter months - unit slide lock was broken when we moved in and door was very hard to use (I could not access it on my own my husband had to always be with me) Our current unit at a new location has - app access for gates - gutter on all storage units so you stay dry - real snow and ice removal/management - very well maintained units with included shelving if you want it ALL FOR LESS MONEY

Started renting a storage unit here in January 2026 and was genuinely happy with the setup initially - clean facility, easy access, and the price seemed reasonable. Then in April we get a letter saying my monthly rate is going up by over 75%. No real warning, no explanation beyond some vague policy language. That's not a rate adjustment, that's a bait-and-switch. When we tried to escalate the complaint we were passed along to the district manager who couldn't have been less interested in resolving anything. After doing some digging we found out this seems to be standard practice - they hook you with a promotional rate that only lasts a couple of months after your initial free period, then hike the price well past what competitors charge. The kicker? None of this is made clear when you sign up, and you won't find it on their website either. Ended up finding a comparable unit nearby for actually less than what we were originally paying here. Do yourself a favour and shop around before committing to this place. The intro rate means nothing when they can - and will - spike it without meaningful notice. Would give zero stars if I could.
