I can't praise Bluebird Storage in north Edmonton enough! Paul the manager, staff Amit and David were amazing to deal with. Incredibly accommodating- they helped set up a multi unit shop for my small business to rent and work out of for a couple of months. They were friendly, welcoming and generously provided coffee water and the most addictive candies I've ever had :) We felt right at home the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this business, wonderful people!

The day we got our storage, I set up a time to be there to sign the paperwork l, however I wasn't able to make it. I called to advise them of this and I wanted the promotion that they were offering at that time, first 3 months you got a discount of the rental and then after the promo was done it went to full price, what she did for me was fantastic, (I forget her name). She was so willing to help me that we did EVERYTHING by email, got the paperwork signed, and password for gate entry done. By her doing this, she put my mind at ease cause moving can be stressful as it is, and the ability to do everything electronically made moving day a little less stressful. I really wish I could remember her name. Like I said before, her customer service is FANTASTIC. She definitely went above and beyond to help me on moving day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Bluebird Self storage for your storage needs.

Best storage facility I have ever used. Moved my stuff out on Sunday but hadn't had a chance to notify them until Thursday. They said they already knew because they noticed the lock was gone. They watched the security cameras so they closed my account. Amazing customer service. They are really taking care of their customers.
