Need to increase security cameras and lights in the area.

I like this location very much,Easy access,wish the location hrs were longer ,most of the time they are closed when i get in from work.but on the flip side ,very clean & very friendly staff.older building ,well maintained.
i will recommend them for sure.

I wanted to use them, based on people's reviews, but they lied about their rates. Increased them to be equal to the place I was moving from (which is why I was moving!) and then tried to deny ever having spoken with me. Dishonest. Do not recommend.

I just rented a storage locker from Abacus Self Storage. They are well organized , courteous, well organized and efficient. The locker is spotlessly clean and I am very pleased with the experience. They provide a lock and also had a special on the space rental on the second floor where I paid for two months and the third month is free. I am delighted!!

I rented a U-Haul trailer from this location. This is a model location for U-Haul. Other U-Haul dealers should be required to spend a day here to learn how to operate their locations. I drove 30 minutes past many U-Haul locations to get to this one. I drove that far because of the excellent reviews.
This place is clean, professionally operated and you are treated like a human. The people here actually care if you come back.
I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Regarding our moving experience, Smoother Movers did everything they promised and more. I was so worried about my Grandma's antique's which included a plaster framed mirror. The movers arrived with blankets, shrink-wrap and a mirror carton. They even took the weights and chains out of our Grandfather clock and carefully wrapped them for the move. This was certainly not a precaution I would have thought of. We had had a bad experience with other movers previously, so were nervous how this move might go. It was a huge relief when the job was completed and not only done in the time quoted but done in a very professional manner. The movers were on time, cheerful and worked well together. I would not hesitate to recommend Smoother Movers.

Thanks to you and your team for being so accommodating and friendly. I have stored tree equipment here for 2 seasons now. I am at the storage facility a lot during the tree season, but in the winter was called when the cover was blown off the trailer, thanks to the call I was able to fix the problem. Also my truck broke down and I was allowed to tow it there on a long weekend and use an empty parking space till Tuesday. Customer service like that is invaluable and makes my business run better. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for safe and clean storage.

I have been a customer of Jiffy Self Storage on Wilson ave on and off for about seven years and from the very start I have experienced nothing but an excellent professional attitude from the staff.
I have a p.o box there and there has always a willingness to let me know if there is mail and they have even called to let me know when important documents have arrived.I have also used their storage facilities on two separate occasions and have found them to be clean, regulated and pest free. The manager Chitral De Silva is very helpful and gracious and his wife/associate Zunaiba who mans the front desk is always pleasant and courteous.
Hammed,who is there periodically, has also proven himself to be an asset to the team.

Good customer service" doesn't begin to cover it. For more than a year I've rented storage space at this facility, and I've been impressed with the staff's unfailing courtesy, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond. When a family crisis erupted while I was switching from one unit to another, they were memorably kind and helpful -- and tactful, too.
I have had extremely negative experiences with unscrupulous storage places back back home. I can and do recommend the All canadian self storage drive thru storage facility on Laird .. It's clean, heated andthe high end security is great.

There are two things that I liked the most about Centron Self Storage
Firstly, they lay a lot of emphasis on security. There is nothing more reassuring than to know that your precious possessions are safe while with someone else. Centron Self Storage in Toronto does just that!!!
I had a difficult time moving to Toronto. Packing and transport charges’ burden apart, I felt I had too many items and too little space.
I was not sure about self-storage but decided to try it anyway. A colleague recommended Centron Self Storage. Luckily it worked for me. I was allotted my own storage unit and given a key to it. They also have computer controlled access system and I was allotted my own identification code to get access to my space.
The second thing I like about them is how well-lit, airy and clean their units and premises are .I had no worried about pests damaging my goods. Because I was referred to, by a colleague, both of us got 50% discount on a rental period as a referral incentive.
I am more than happy to recommend their services to other people similarly going through transition in their lives. They seem to provide public and business storage solutions too. But you may have to visit their site for more information on that.

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our "Cow" during our recent renovation. For two months, the Bat-Cow sat in our driveway, safely containing and protecting our furniture and other belongings while our main floor was completely renovated. Despite rain and snow during November and December, our furniture, books, dishes and accessories emerged in great condition just in time for Christmas. It was even quite easy to access things, on the few occasions I needed to get something out of the Cow, during that time.
As well, I was pleased with the treatment I received from you and the staff. Everyone was friendly when I arrived and helpful when I had questions. I especially appreciated that you changed the delivery date and the pick-up time to accommodate the adjusted renovation schedule.
Once again, many thanks for your assistance. I would not hesitate to use, or recommend, COWS and Yonge Street Self Storage in the future.
