Nice facility, easy accessibility, clean, staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, reasonably priced, but the signup process is a little too cumbersome and time consuming. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I have been using this storage for almost half a year now, and I feel that the service here is excellent, especially the staff member Josephine, who is friendly and courteous, and has explained all the details of renting a storage unit very clearly. The environment of this storage is also very good, bright and clean, located in the heart of Markham. Whether it's for personal use or for your company, I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone.

Josephine was Great and very patient with communicating with me and my father. We had a large move and arrived near end of office hours. Josephine even made sure we had a dolly to use before closing office and walking us down to our locker and showing the process. Not only that but I forgot to leave my lock in the storage unit. And was called directly to notify of the missing lock. I really feel like my items are being protected!

The office staff were helpful and gave the impression that they had all the time in the world for me. The facility is clean and in good repair.

I have had a very positive experience using the Public Storage Facility at Markham. While I only had to use it temporarily for the past year, I was impressed by how easy and convenient it was to set up and use, and the space provided was just the right amount. The customer service provided was great, and especially a huge shout out to Josephine, who was always there when I needed to check out a trolley and who both set up my account and closed it when I no longer required the space. Will definitely use again in the future should I require storage space again.

I used Public Storage for less than one year, I found the facility clean well run, with easy access to my unit, the amount I paid for the unit was within my budget. But after only 10 months, the cost for the unit increased to an amount my budget can't spend. I searched and found something cheaper, it, the unit, was fine untill it wasn't any longer. Thank you.

They keep increasing their fee without noticing ahead. This is how you treat a 2-yr loyal customer? Hope you lose all of your customers. Never recommend this place❌❌ Re: problem is not with fee increases. Problem is, I was NEVER notified. And this is not the first time.

Public Storage Markham is a Great Facility with Great Staff! I’ve used them for 2yrs and their service is impeccable. Unfortunately I had relocated and staying in their facility cost more travel time. But happy to say I moved in to Public Storage Vaughan with the same Great Team and facility.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. All of the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They made sure I got exactly what needed, without “up-selling” me, which is important in today’s economy, and made sure I thoroughly understood the terms of my rental agreement so I wouldn’t be charged extra fees moving forward. I truly appreciate everything that was done for me today. In addition, the entire space was clean, bright and the security was obvious. Well-done!
