They keep increasing their fee without noticing ahead. This is how you treat a 2-yr loyal customer? Hope you lose all of your customers. Never recommend this place❌❌ Re: problem is not with fee increases. Problem is, I was NEVER notified. And this is not the first time.

Pros: - Staff is very professional, nice and helpful - facility is very well maintained - security is nice they have gates and even elevator needs code - pretty easy to move stuff around, plenty of space to park Cons: - raised my rent at the end of month which gives me have no time to react. Pretty XXXX move. Hence 3 stars instead of 5

I had a fantastic experience at this location. All of the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They made sure I got exactly what needed, without “up-selling” me, which is important in today’s economy, and made sure I thoroughly understood the terms of my rental agreement so I wouldn’t be charged extra fees moving forward. I truly appreciate everything that was done for me today. In addition, the entire space was clean, bright and the security was obvious. Well-done!

Josephine graciously took us through the facility, including a considerable walk to the storage unit on the main floor. Even when I forgot the way to my storage, she patiently accompanied us again on the same day. Her meticulous explanations, accompanied by handwritten cost calculations for various scenarios, left no room for confusion. Josephine's dedication extends beyond her duties, as she went above and beyond to provide us with two promotional offers, resulting in significant savings. I find Public Storage Markham location very clean and well lit with great temperature setting. Josephine has been wonderful since day one. I highly recommend this company and location.
