Ozanna Rentals and Event Management was quite frustrating to work with. Although the tent was stunning and the crews who came to do drop off and pick up were kind, management failed to inform us when things were coming and going. We had to phone multiple times to ask when the tent, the lights, tables and chairs were coming and they could not tell us an exact time. The lack of communication, organization and ability to let us know when things were coming on the management end of things made set up stressful and frustrating the day before our wedding. The lack of communication continued after the wedding with the crews arriving the morning after the wedding to take down the tent without giving us any advance notice. We will not be recommending Ozanna to any of our friends and family.

If you’re not using Ozanna for your events what have you gained? 10/10 infact 100/100 I lived everything she did to my event hall. Thanks alot Helen and the Ozanna team.

So I didn’t know Ozanna Event Rentals 1 before my event. I was sharing what I was looking for and I was told that I shouldn’t look elsewhere. I called them in an evening next morning the owner was at the location and asking all the questions and then she went ahead to give us the VIP experience. Now Ozanna Event Rentals are our only event expert and event management company we work with and recommend every time.

Ozanna Event Rental did an excellent job for our mother’s/grandmother’s birthday celebration. Congrats to Helen and her team! The decorations were beautifully done and the setting up….excellent!! We’re looking for to have her do this again 😊
