Good location. Secure. Accessible. Convenient. Well maintained. Lots of options. Am thankful for storage solutions. Most helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere. Other customers look happy too when coming in or out. Onsite washroom clean. Lights in units good. Good for year round and seasonal storage and everything else. Highly recommend this central location for anyone in Gatineau.
Service was very good. I had an excellent price due to a special spring promotion, I rented for 3 months. These spaces are not heated so it is something to consider. I give 4 stars because some basic maintenance was never done. The florescent lights in the corridor outside my space never worked so for about 25% of the length it was a bit dark. The public washroom was always clean, but for some reason the door lock never worked and was never fixed. Instead a block of concrete was used to restrict the door once you were inside. This is just silly. Fix the lock!!
