Friendly and efficient communication, both by phone from the main office and then particularly by the woman who registered us at the Wonderland location. All our questions were answered completely and in a very professional and courteous manner. Overall, an excellent experience so far!

Everything about our experience was wonderful! The units and the entire building are very well maintained and clean. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, patient and helpful during a very stressful time for us. They made things easy to understand and found ways to help us and meet our needs, even as they evolved. From signing up, to switching units, to closing the account, everything went super smoothly!
