Amazing facility!! Diane & Jennifer were very professional, they kept everything ready for me to move in. Did a great walk through of the place and the storage unit space is just perfect for my requirement.
Apple Storage Downtown Toronto (Adelaide) is an amazing facility. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professionnal. The facility is well maintained, ultra clean and everything works very well. I highly recommend it!
At a time when it seems like people are just terrible to one another, This place has re-instated some of my faith in humanity. I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with all of the staff here. The front desk has gone above and beyond to be welcoming, and personable, and has made me feel nothing but comfortable and well-informed when it comes to using this place as a self-storage. From my first interaction with the call center to my most recent call with the front desk today, I have had great experiences with everyone, and it's quite commendable and remarkable. If you're unsure of whether or not to go with this place I say go for it 10/10 would reccomend it.
I just started working for a company where I’m consistently at this self storage picking up and dropping off shipments.
I don’t have much experience with knowing the process of having a storage unit but Jeff has been going above and beyond with giving me a walk through tutorial from asking to get the key to properly organizing garbage and pallets at the front. He’s been patient and kind and would definitely recommend going to him with any questions or concerns you have.
Now I feel more confident and comfortable coming to this location knowing what I need to do and doing it the right way.
I had to deal with stolen items from my paid unit that I prepaid 6mths of. When I needed to make a claim I was told that all camera security footage was recorded over every 30 days so this means the company not only doesn’t take the time to save the camera recordings month to month but also jeopardized my entire claim with lack of evidence that can only be blamed on the office not doing their own due diligence to make sure customers paying months in advance would have the same security a month to month renter would get. I do not recommend using this company at all. Your items are liable to your own loss vs giving you a sense of security with their insured benefits for using their service. Buyer Beware!!!
