The store Manager Brendan McFater, is one of the most disgusting, insensitive, unprofessional manager I have dealt with in all my years of experience. Upon asking for bill clarification this individual became both impatient and irate. He yelled at me on the phone, refused to give me bill clarification. Denied me service and did not provide me with any information. All must be held accountable for their actions.

I’d advise to avoid. The North elevator is consistently out of service making access difficult, if not impossible. While the staff is helpful if present, the office is frequently unoccupied during office hours, and outside of office hours there is no way to get in touch with anyone. Be aware that management will refute this review, claiming that there is, in fact, access to North building lockers via the South elevator. While not technically a lie, this claim is not accurate in practical terms. The route to get between buildings is virtually impossible to find if not shown to you and requires the use a door code which was never provided to me and will probably not be provided to you because it would be a tacit admission that the elevator is constantly broken. Management will also likely claim that the elevator is now fixed. I'd advise skepticism, it’s already been down again twice in the last few weeks after being “fixed” many times previously. This team comes across as a bunch of guys who want an easy buck without working too hard and don’t really want to be bothered with supporting or standing behind their product. Some business managers would be embarrassed and try to make it right with customers… These guys are not that type. Hope this helps.

I rent a storage unit at Apple Storage located at 1655 Dupont St, Toronto The morning of January 3, 2024 I received a call from their employee. I think Aaron but maybe it was the other guy, Brendon. He told me my rental fee was 5 days late and I told him I knew, and would pay it as soon as i can. FYI: Invoice Date: December 22, 2023 $293 (CDA) Due Date: December 29, 2023 Call to me: January 3,2024 It seemed odd to get a call about being just 5 days late just after the Christmas holidays. He kept asking when I would pay the invoice and I kept telling him I would as soon as possible. He didn't like my answer and kept pushing it - "will it be 5 days or 5 months" he said rudely. I told him again "as soon as i can" at which point he accused me of yelling, which I wasn't. And then unbelievably he very aggressively said this to me: "I DON'T KNOW WHO PISSED ON YOUR CHEERIOS THIS MORNING BUT DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON ME" Who speaks to a customer like that?? I told him I clearly wasn't yelling and I started to explain why I couldn't give a specific date and WHILE I WAS TALKING HE HUNG UP ON ME.. Who hangs up on a customer like that?? He was rude, aggressive and hostile. A completely unprofessional and inappropriate way to talk to anyone, especially a customer This is not the first time I've experienced their rudeness, but it was the worst. The next morning I received an email that my access was suspended. On the positive side, the building is nice and clean.

Do not rent from this place . These people are the rudest unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with... I tried to bring up the fact that there are bedbugs in their building and I seriously was concerned for my safety .... they do not care if your things become infested just as long as they get their money .... another friend of mine had his locker broken in to and these people found it they did not call him to tell him they went through his things that were left there and said oh well since u door was open and your boxes we empty we thought u moved. I had recommended this place to my friend. I was never so embarrassed . These people don't care if your things are stolen or contaminated...just if they get your money ....
