The worst company I have ever seen. They charge you for things you never expected. Plus their attitude is awful. Please don't waste your time with this location since they are beyond unprofessional, and will over charge you and your credit card if given the opportunity.
Seamless and very quick and efficient
I love that the agent didn’t lose focus despite a few people crowding him while he doing our check out. He just asked them to hold on for a few moments while he attended to us. In a lot of cases I have seen workers stop what they were doing to attend to “ a squeaky wheel” so to speak.

We get there on moving day and they only have the truck. Tell us to come back at 2 for the tow dolly. Load the truck by 3pm amd go to pickup the tow dolly. Suprise, Suprise... they dont have if even after telling us they would by 2pm. Didnt think to call to inform us or anything. We have to argue with them to help us find a location that does have one.

We get there on moving day and they only have the truck. Tell us to come back at 2 for the tow dolly. Load the truck by 3pm amd go to pickup the tow dolly. Suprise, Suprise... they dont have if even after telling us they would by 2pm. Didnt think to call to inform us or anything. We have to argue with them to help us find a location that does have one. They find one in Brampton, an hour away from where we currently were. So now an hour and forty minutes to pick up this tow dolly plus the 1 hour to drive back home to pick up the car. All staff don't seem to care and just very dismissive. So instead of being able to hit the road for the move at 3pm we couldn't leave until 7pm because of this whole mess that is the Uhaul "company". At least they offered us $65 in compensation.... almost covers half the amount of gas they made us waste going on a goose chase. We were doing a cross country move so the truck rental was $4000. Just to keep that in mind. Glad we got to deal with of all that before our 40+hour drive. Not to mention the truck had used tissues and weird stains all on the windshield and windows inside the truck...
This place is a joke big time. 20 mins waiting for a truck not one person helps me. I asked for help and left me waiting. I’m still waiting. How can a business run like this. This place has been here for over 25years and now going down hill. 3 stars shows everyone not to come here and rent from Home Depot or lowes. This place is a time killer if you have something to do stay away from this junk place. No customer service no support. These people are a joke.
Man where do I begin. So my girlfriend and I had a rental booked since Nov 23 to pick up for Dec 1. We did self pick up for 7am on the Sunday. The self pick up didn't work on the app because it showed that we had no equipment rented. We called the customer service line and it took us getting through three reps before we spoke to a rep with Tony, who was great by the way. Tony told us that the reason we aren't able to do the self pick up is because there was a system error where trucks weren't marked as returned, so it wasn't just us, but a lot of other customers who couldn't complete the self check out. So we were all waiting out in the cold for these guys to open the doors.
We had to wait until 9am for the store to open up to have a live person check out our vehicle. Mind you the doors didn't open up until 10 minutes after and it was -7 outside. When we approached the front counter the uhaul rep tells us that they don't have our vehicle. Stunned, we asked is there any other vehicle to rent and he said no. The truck we rented was a 20' so we asked for a 15' and he said its all booked. We then asked why is our truck not available when we had it booked a week ago, he told us that the previous renter "broke her foot" and returned the truck to different location. As random as that was I asked where this different location was and the rep said he doesn't know. I asked him to call around to see and he said he wouldn't.
So this is my beef with this rep, there's customer service and there's customer experience. People will always forget the things you say but they will never forget how you made them FEEL. We were significantly inconvenienced by planning out our entire Sunday to prep for a move, only for us to find out that our truck isn't available, you don't think to call around and see where this truck is? Call the customer service line for us to find us another truck? It was so lazy and unprofessional. I get it, the rep may have had other things going on with him but that doesn't excuse the lack of assistance and going above and beyond for paying customers.
Long story less long I ended up calling customer service myself and they found us another 20' located somewhere else so we were able to complete our move. I spoke to a rep named alex who was also great and actually showed empathy and sincerity for us.
This location here is terrible and the employees working here need some customer service training as it makes the company look really bad. Do better.
I rented UHAUL equipment three times last month at this location. My experience on all occasions was excellent. Christian and the other customer service staff I interacted with are friendly. I've also learned a few things about trailers.
The best service. Zack and Chris were amazing. They had a system outage and I was so worried I wouldn’t get my truck. Zack tried to help me get it online, and it worked (thank god). Both were so professional, kind, informative and pretty funny too. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much to you both for making my trip less stressful!
They always say there is room for improvement. However, the staff members at this location really did amazingly well. Helped me with booking a van. They made it easy.
Telling customers to start the self check in process from home as it takes a long time. Also the self check in itself was long and I wasn't able to complete the process, the manager wound up helping me.
I have realized U-Haul will look for anything to over charge and than good luck getting it back!!!
The rim damage that is very clear it is a very old damage was blamed on us and we were charged over $200 for.
waited over an hour for a pre-reserved truck. only 1 person in front, she was extremely rude & unprofessional. definitely would not recommend going through this stress on moving day.
I really feel sorry to give some negative review but some time it is require.
I spent 20 minutes there, the lady was with her personal phone all the time. she cancelled some subscription, talked about her some purchase, then talked with Fido call center. I asked for a pickup truck, she gave me a key for van. when I come back to her she was arguing that she dont have any pickup truck.
She tried to chareg me for extra milage before I correct her. Now I am seeing she charege me extra 12.00$.
I would rather visit some other location.

Cant even explain how horrible this guys are, wasted all day trying to pickup a trailer when i had an appointment at 7am and they made me come back 3 times to the store just to tell me at the end of the day the trailer wasnt even available to begin with.
And dont even bother talking to the woman at the store if there was an example for a waste of a person it would be her picture. She doesnt even respond to what you ask, just sits around not doing anything will make you mad just looking at her face acting entitled
I booked for a 20ft moving truck one month in advance for my move. Comes the day to pick up the truck and we have no truck. Customer service can't answer our question onto why we have no truck and for 2 hours send us to 20 different people to talk to and nothing was done. I would never recommend this place for any large vehicle rental. You guys suck and work on getting your trucks back on time
Hello, I generally do not provide bad review because I understand people could have a bad day. However, for this time, I really think I should provide my honest review about the customer service of the two ladies working at this location.
I booked an appointment Uhaul official website to install hitch on June 15, 2024 at 12PM. I received a confirmation email from Uhaul for the appointment and did not receive any notification about changes. Therefore, we arrived at 12PM and waited in line for 30 minutes. When we could speak to one of the ladies at the front desk, after asking my last name, she just said your installation is at 4PM, which makes me very confused. As such, I would like to show her my email confirmation. The lady did not look at the phone at all and just said "you don't need to put the phone in front of me, I am telling you the appointment at 4PM". I don't have plans afterwards so I would have been totally fine with the time change, but because of her attitude, it makes the situation extremely unacceptable. She didn't listen to my request and was very rude to me. As a result, I became upset and did not want to make accommodations. Then she simply leave the seat and the other lady came and started to say the same thing to me without any politeness. Since I was upset, I told her that I did not understand why my appointment was changed without any notification. After 2-3 rounds of back and forth (mainly she was the one speaking because she did not want to hear my request at all), she then throw her sun glasses on the desk and talked to me in an extremely rude way - "we are going back and forth couple of times and you are holding the line, I have already told you that your appointment is at 4 and that's it", which me feel very unsafe and insecure, so I left.
I really don't think the two ladies working at the front desk have any professionalism, especially we are being polite and reasonable. Feel free to check the security camera to validate.
Lastly, I do want to clarify that the problem just lies with these two ladies and the other staff who work at this location and interact with us are nice and polite. The demography of these two ladies are not anglo saxon, are not asian, and are type of people who benefit the most from BLM movements. One lady, who was claimed to be the manager (i.e., the lady who spoke to me first), has long hair and wore pink short sleeves pink shirt and back bike shorts on that day. The 2nd lady (i.e., who throw the sun glasses on the desk and made me feel very unsafe) wore white long dress and short hair.

Your attendees had horrible customer service, when I came to pick up my truck to move the two ladies at the desk at the Weston location where very rude and not helpful. I will never come here again and never go back to uhaul. Never again Two Jamaican girls have the worst attitude ever, never go there, this was my first time using I haul and I’ll never go back.
These people are amazing!! Friendly and helpful. They get you set up just right for your move. You want these kind of people everywhere you go because they make you feel GREAT about the service! The manager, she is the nicest & brightest person you will ever meet. 10 stars!!
The person I dealt with when picking up the truck was fine. However on returning the truck, even though I filled the tank to the point the trucks dashboard showed 1/4 I was still charged the $30 for fuel.
The manager at 2753 Weston Road U-Haul location attitude and customer service are horrible. She placed me on hold for three hours. I called for an Uber and went there while still on hold. I asked the representative if I can speak to the manager she told the representative she’s on lunch, after a while she came out and when I showed her that I’m still on hold she told me I can hang up now I’m in front of her and she forgot about me being on hold after I tried to explain the situation to her about the milage her attitude was so overwhelming, and customer service was so poor I asked her for the general manager or the district manager she told me to go on the site as I was leaving the location she blurred out. My attitude stinks, so I shouted back at her saying I was the one place on hold for three hours, and was given bad attitude. I then walked out.  I'll never be going back if this the type of service I'll be getting
I visited this location about a week ago. The Counter service is very slow, i observed one young man and found his name is Romano, he is not helpful at all, he was hiding in the back. The older gentleman, sunny was very helpful, he was checking on customers to see if they got help. He also walked me to the truck to make sure everything was ok. He was doing both customer service and checking returning truck. Big thanks to him
Booked an appointment to have trailer hitch installed and wiring on my 2018 Subaru. I mentioned that there was already a bike hitch on there but the installer said that he couldn't do the work within the "4 hour" window. I said "really you have to take off the bumper cover anyway..." He then said that I shouldn't tell him how to do his job so with that attitude I just bought the parts and left. The woman was very courteous and nice though. But that installer needs to either quit his job that he clearly hates or learn common courtesy.
The people were amazing and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. The trucks were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. And the front and the bed of the truck smelled fresh and clean. It was nice. Would definitely recommend this location.
Con:
The truck I used today was clean in appearance but horrible in driving. It appears the shocks need to be replaced as it bounced and was a hard ride.
Yes, I have driven the trucks before. Also, the wipers needed changing as it was hard to see while it was raining which I consider a safety hazard.
When items show as available online and your reserve it, they should have it or at least an equal price rental or compensation.
Pros:
Excellent Customer Service upon renting and coming back.
The staff was professional and polite.
I think the owner should look at fixing the parking lot and giving this location a review of their vehicles.
While I understand it is a cost your Team should have the right tools as this location has great potential as a hub.

Upon return of the truck, they were just as friendly and personable to me, answering all my questions and treating me with the upmost respect, even with the seemingly frustrating other customers that were being rude and frustrating at the end of the day just before closing ...
I would highly recommend this location as they have quite a few trucks, more than most locations I have seen, and they are onsite, so quick and easy ...
