I have dealt with this particular location twice over the past years. Both of the times the professionalism and service has been top notch. Ish was great at helping us to make a selection and get started with a unit.

I am not someone who maintains a long term storage, so everything associated with getting a storage and managing it seems like a painful thing to go through. However, this one turned out to be an exception. They have good deals from time to time and the entire process of sign up and cancellation just took minutes. First time renting at this store, Ishfaq was top notch. He showed me the unit and advised several options and what can make my move easier, rental was done well organized and fast. Khay did my reservation she was helpful and clear throughout the call. This property is well maintained even tho it seems 50-60 years old. Ishfaq and Khay clearly pointed out why should I rent and Public Storage than other companies. Too bad there weren't much promotions for some units and not much roller doors. The building has 5 or 6 elevators and a lot of carts. They did not force me to rent unlike others but simply assured me of why should I rent with them. Will highly recommend Public Storage and this team needs a raise for handling a lot of customers same time with just two people. Only things I'd like if they offer is a place to leave stuff behind and 24 hours access, other than that all were perfect. Cheers👏🏻

There was a sale, which was great. I described what I needed to store and the staff were absolutely correct about the size I needed. It was very clean and secure-felt quite safe. Would use again. They were also quick to answer the phone.

We have been long term tenants at this facility. I can say that the staff have been easy to arrange changing lockers for our business papers over time. Ishfaq has assisted us for the last two moves within the building. He has provided great service. We have not had any significant issues over the 20 years of use in the facility.

The staff at the Vine Ave location were dealing with several customers at once as well as some repairs and maintenance being done following the previous days massive rainstorm. They were very helpful, kind and patient throughout what seemed like a bit of a hectic time in the retail/rental office

Very real, very courteous and understanding. Helpful and follow their rules. Rules and guidelines are posted all over their media. They were very helpful when I was in a tight spot. Nothe unexpected. Just make sure you ask questions, they will answer them directly.

Had to find a storage facility close to home to store some boxes temporarily. Found Public Storage through online search. The process to rent and start using was super smooth. I didn’t get the reps name that I spoke with at the Junction area facility but she was awesome! So friendly and took the time to describe everything.

Staff forgot to unlock my unit after I rented it and when I came back in the evening to unload I could not enter and no one would come to unlock it. I was moving and had no where to take heavy furniture. Manager seemed to not care at all. When I checked out at the end of my use of the storage staff told me no additional costs where coming and then they still charged my credit card a few days later with a full months charge because I had not given enough warning ahead of time. Seems like communication is lacking between staff and the manager.

Reasonable storage facility and convenient from downtown. I’ve seen raving reviews of staff and perhaps the two employees I encountered today were having an off-day. They were quite checked-out, though admittedly I arrived 30 minutes prior to close so they were at the end of their shift. Would recommend management get in touch with whoever their call centre provider is regarding information they’re equipped with. I called ahead before arriving asking for information, and was told that a lock would be provided as part of the promo package offered, but upon arriving the fellow behind the counter said this was not the case and that “the call centre often doesn’t have accurate information…” Which is a bit of an issue. Would have brought my own if I’d known, and was charged $15 for the lock. Additionally, whoever answered my call suggested insurance would be optional but arrived and was told insurance was mandatory - $8.00-$14.00 per month. Again, all of which would have been fair game had I not been told otherwise.

Staff were personable and professional. They helped me figure out what size I needed (which is also clearly explained in their brochure). Highly recommended !

helping my daughter get situated and we needed a last-minute storage unit. I called and Jen set me up from the call center, and then Kavina Took over. Great customer care when I got to the shop. She heard what I needed and with a smile made it all happen. then came the bill and what a nice surprise 😅 has to be the best price I got quoted in the city! Great job team. 😁

Came by the Vine location yesterday to book storage for this weekend — we showed up close to closing time but Nikki the property manager was friendly and helpful the entire time. She took her time to run through the units and rental details with us. Highly recommend and thank you Nikki!

Even though to very unfortunate circumstances I lost my unit with pics of my mom and dad who passed away recently. Nothing of value but my mom’s little trinkets, dishes all my clothes and so much more honestly my heart is broken that I lost it all but these people especially the manager forgot her name tried everything to help me she is honestly the most kindest person I met working at a storage facility. I felt so humiliated I couldn’t afford it but the staff never made me feel uncomfortable there’s not enough room to say enough good things about this place they all was so helpful and kind. I JUST REALLY WANT TO THANK THE STAFF AND MANGER FOR ALL THERE HELP AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT JUST FOR THE WONDERFUL STAFF BUT the Storage it self was very nice clean with easy access. Thank you 🙏 so much
