Oct 6 (5/5 stars): Updating my review from 1 to 5 stars simply because of the level of customer service. The district manager called me and we sorted everything out and they went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. I do appreciate the great level of customer service. Thank you. Oct 5 (1/5 stars): First time getting a storage unit and I felt he pricing was not explained to me properly nor indicated in my contract. I understood their “weekly” price as their “monthly” from their sales rep and as a result felt frustrated when I saw my first months bill to be 3-4x what I was expecting. Please make sure you understand the monthly pricing accurately when inquiring.
