When I entered the office I was prepared for a lengthy paperwork ordeal and once that was done I was also prepared for “ now you are on your own”. To surprise and delight none of the above transpired. The lady in charge did everything thing. She also guided me “my car” into the enclosure since it was a tight fit. Thanks for all the help

A traumatic event brought us to Access Storage. What an amazing, empathetic, customer service oriented place we were brought to! Regina is amazing and so kind - she made what could have been a very painful process, a very simple one. When you need a storage place, don’t think twice - use Access. You can thank me later! Prices are great, staff/employees are awesome, 24/7 availability to units is super convenient, hallways and driveway areas always clean, plenty of security cameras to ensure your property is safe and make you feel so as well.. I gave it 4 stars only because there are no lights inside the unit, also no garbage/recycling bins available on the property surrounding the units. Using your own source of light (ie. phone or flashlight) or having to take your garbage with you to ensure not to litter makes things take a lot longer... but other than that.. Great place and definitely recommend :D

Stored all our furniture here for 6 months over the summer/early autumn while we were in between houses. Rate was very reasonable, everything stayed well protected and dry even though the units aren't climate controlled, and payments were cancelled promptly the day we moved everything out. Best is that all the units here are drive-up so super easy for moving vans and movers to access! Tip: You need to bring your own lock. We were able to fit one of our disc-style locks for added security, but the attached store has some standard padlocks for sale if you need them. The store also has a lot of packing supplies including large rolls of bubble wrap, boxes, and mattress/sofa covers, which came in handy for us!
