Great place and with excellent service. Very professional, friendly, and helpful on boarding and check-out. Management is very approachable and willing to find solutions for specific requests. I have just emptied my storage after more than one year and have been very happy with the service and management. I highly recommend this place for any storage requirements. Fantastic service, very friendly, and good value!

Patrick has shown such professional showmanship when it came to his customer service as he helped me go through the steps of renting a storage unit for my very first time! He showed wonderful patience with me and my many questions and all the while he had a smile on his face! When I called him to make a change in my contract he impressed me to the point that I I had made the correct choice in choosing Access Storage!!!! I worked the phones in my career of 20 years and he had me impressed once again! Once our business was completed, he walked me to the door and I received a very warm handshake....something you don't see too many companies do to their clients! This company is extremely fortunate in having such an excellent employee!!! Thank you Patrick!

This was my first time using Access Storage and the registration process was very quick and simple. I was called right away and came into the office to get my access code. The agent who handled my request was Patrick and he was very helpful, kind and explained all the details as needed.

Mitchell was awesome helping me attend to an billing issue that was due to my confusion with traveling , he quickly got me into my storage locker … he was so kind and attentive . I love that I have access to the locker 24/7 as my schedule is so hectic! Thanks again … amazing customer service !
