The posted hours indicate that the storage facility closes at 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 10:20 PM with a rented U-Haul, we found ourselves unable to access the facility. Despite reaching out to the emergency contact number provided, we were informed that no immediate solution was available. As a result, I now face an additional $100 charge to extend my U-Haul rental and the inconvenience of arranging overnight parking. I am extemely disappointed with the company's handling of this situation.

This storage unit complex is very well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish they had was a little larger cart that would handle larger furniture.

Guy at the front desk is super friendly and helpful, even when working by himself on a busy Saturday. You get the first 4 weeks free, but you need to buy a lock for $20 and pay an admin fee of $28. So the 4 weeks is actually $50.84. Billed every 4 weeks and not by the month. $19.99 for $5,000 insurance included for free in the first 4 week cycle. The covered loading area is great for bad weather days, except no one ever closes the secure access overhead door. They need more flat carts for moving your stuff. I think they have 4, and some people had to wait when it was busy.

Super helpful staff. Very friendly and professional. Check in was well explained and we even got a tour so we'd know where things were and what to do. The facility is super clean.

I had a great experience with this establishment! David, who was a new Trainee (had they not told me I would never have known!), was extremely thorough and very professional regarding his dealings with me. He also gave me a brief tour, and showed me where my storage was located, and even offered me a bottle of water afterwards, which I whole heartedly obliged!

Really positive experience at this storage facility. Staff were so helpful to make sure we had everything we need when dropping off a large amount of items (4 skids full of boxes). Friendly and kind people too!

The units are heated, very clean and there is an indoor loading bay, which is AWESOME. No garbages to reduce waste related issues such as critters and bugs. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Bab was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure we had the right size unit for our needs. We have one storage unit with access already and he made sure to get our 2nd unit close by. We had one time we left our unit not closed and locked properly and the employees noticed quickly and called to inform us. Feel very safe with our belongings stored there. Very clean units and store.

The facility looks brand new and is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a unit beside a bank of windows and natural light is a plus! The whole process of securing a unit was easy and smooth from start to finish.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe storage units. Units are easy to access. There's nothing I could complain about. This place is perfect for storing your stuff. I had my stuff stored here for an entire year and when I moved it out everything was in the exact same condition as when I moved it in.
