I've been renting here since 2021. I recently went in to upgrade to a bigger unit. Had no issues. Process was seamless. Alpha was a great help. Space is very clean. Only request is to possibly have more flatbed carts and to get the front door fixed. Other than that, no issues at all.

Price gauging. I opened a locker in November 2022 for $228+tax+insurance for a 10x20 locker on the third floor away from the elevator. This was not a limited time or special offer pricing. By June, without notice, they increased the price to $304 - nearly 50%! Disgusting. When I looked in December when I was checking out - their website indicated that I could get the same locker for less than I was paying! Do you think they decreased my price based on demand? Nope. Nice facility but predatory pricing, that can change significantly at any time. Never again will I use this company. Even the staff told me the price I was paying at check out was a lot. Disgusting.
