I've received nothing but great customer service here, Luisa who did the intial walkthrough and registration gave us all the assurance that we would always receive top notch service and communication, Simon proved that today, with his prompt resolution for a request I made last minute, his double checking that I wouldn't leave with the wrong information was greatly appreciated I also can't say enough about the cleanliness and easy accessibility to your unit especially early in the morning, Security is very meticulous as I experienced it first hand after leaving my locker open and receiving a phone call within the hour after I had left, ..I would recommend this location 100%

What an amazing experience, had my storage for almost 1.5yrs for the first time and I really love my experience with the company. Their workers are very friendly, specially Simon who was very very helpful! So friendly and easy to talk too. They are also very accommodating and go above and beyond with their service. I always forget when the payment comes out and they never fail to remind which I really like and prefer. The place is very clean, very easy to access as well. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. If only I didn't move I wouldn't have moved my items as well.

A good experience. A very fair price in a market that has gone out of bounds. The Centron building is a bit older but definitely serviceable. It's for clean, practical storage, not a wedding reception, and Louisa and Simon are the most outstandingly helpful staff ever. Thank you Centron!

Absolutely amazing storage facility with the best customer service my family and I have ever received. We received a call back within hours the same day and Luisa, Simon and Sylvio (no longer at this location) were very willing to work with us to get us the space we needed; since then they’ve helped in numerous other ways and are very accommodating in every way. I would 100% recommend this location for anyone needing short or long term storage units!

The folks at Centron self storage go above and beyond in terms of staff, service, and facilities. They gave us a thorough tour and instructions. I love how they’re able to accept deliveries for us. Speaking of above and beyond, today a pallet of our stuff came two days early and they unloaded and brought it up to our unit. By no means is this a service they offer but that act was so generous of them to do.
