I went in this morning to confirm that the unit I rented online was truly booked and reserved, and met a gentleman named Gilbert who confirmed that the unit was reserved for me and all is good. Gilbert is awesome, we spoke for about 20 minutes about the facility and the coverage that is surprisingly inexpensive for the unit. There is lots of moving supplies there also. The unit is larger and less expensive then any of other companies I seen online. Excellent...very happy Thanks Gilbert you made my day.

I came to check in early, Gilbert was more than accommodating. Greeted me with friendly conversation and helped me get into my unit quickly. Made the check in process a breeze! Fist bump to Gilbert.

Came in on Saturday for a unit viewing. Was showed the unit by Gilbert. He was very helpfull and informative. Ended up checking in at a different location that he was also working at today. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend storage mart :)

Great service, from the staff on the phone to in person support. They have been really great with explaining everything, and the hours that they are open (until 10pm everyday) is super helpful and convenient. They are located right outside of the west end of the city which was very close to my home so location was the main reason I chose this place. Very secure, code gate, locked doors, and you get to choose your own lock. Will definitely use this storage place again if I ever need to.
