I upgraded my unit today and the process was seamless and fast. Melissa offered a superb customer service, she was very kind and friendly.

Don't rent from here long-term. My rent has tripled in 2.5 years (from ~$100 to now $300). They raise the rent by ridiculous amounts every 6 months. You're better off looking outside the city. Didn't give 1☆ because the facility is kept clean, but it's not enough to justify the insane price gouging. Edit to add: in response to their comment below, I contacted them about the rates and was told "There's nothing we can do."

Great experience especially with having experienced several other companies, it was quickly set up, Rahul was knowledgeable and to the point, covering everything u would possibly inquire with setting up a unit. Melisa is super friendly manager, always has a smile when u see her. Thanks for making our dreadful move a bit more relaxing. Highly recommend this facility, the prices for unit are much more reasonable than the local competition. My unit is now half of what I paid at my last facility, and pay is on the 1st of the month, rather than every 4 weeks, which I think is a shady gimmick for those companies to score about 4 /5 more payments per year from u! Highly recommended, just know that purchasing online reserves ur unit, but u will still need to see the office to sign the contract before being granted ur entry code for access to ur unit.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I rented my first unit here in 2019, and paid $66/month. Since then, they’ve been steadily increasing the rent at an arbitrary rate every 6 months, for example one increase might be $5 and another might be $20. Fast-forward to today, and I just got an an increase that totals my monthly rent to $156. When I politely asked for an itemized receipt over the phone so that I could see exactly where my money is going since I rent a tiny unit that you need a ladder to get to, the owner Melissa got extremely aggressive on the phone and screamed at me that I had no right to ask for these things. The owner will bully and berate you if you ask questions. She’s obviously bitter since she’s in her 50s and works at a business that needs less than a high school education to operate. I’ve seen her in person and it’s obvious that she sits at her desk all day doing nothing but yelling at customers over the phone. PLEASE save yourself the headache and stress and rent from a more reputable business where you won’t be bullied for asking questions or requiring more information. I was literally hung up on three times when I tried to ask questions about where my money is going and told to move my stuff out by the end of the month. The owner will likely reply to my review and insist that I am wrong, but please read the other reviews speaking specifically on the rent increases and Melissa’s abhorrent behaviour and I promise you that anywhere else is better.
