We were so impressed with Access Storage. Great and super clean facility but what stood out for us was the exceptional customer service provided by Ravi. We highly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for storage needs. We will definitely use them again in the future.

After visiting numerous self-storage facilities 5+ years ago, this particular Access Storage was by far the cleanest so I chose to rent one of the indoor units. I stored many belongings in boxes, bins etc. as well as some furniture for years and was pleasantly surprised that everything was dust-free when I finally got around to moving everything out.

Great service. Ravindu was great to deal with and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find the unit I needed and helped me save several hundred dollars(stair charge?) from the moving company by moving me to a larger unit at the same cost on the main level. Thanks again. Highly recommend.

Access Storage on Fairview Street in Burlington is exceptional. Attentive service by Store Manager Vincent, and the pricing is very reasonable with $25 fee only during first month. Also, cancellation anytime with prorate options makes things very flexible!

Great place to store your stuff with wide variety of different size storage units. One of the best storage place I have ever been to. The units are clean and accessible so easy to get to. Overall a great experience, reasonable cost and I would definitely recommend it to others. Staff is very cooperative.

I was in a very time sensitive situation and needed the right solution. Ravindu was super knowledgeable and engaging! After giving him the basic rundown of my needs, he helped me review my options and as such, I was able to identify the best storage solution in record time! I will definitely be using Access for any storage needs that may arise in the future.
