We are very satisfied with the service. Sienna, the manager is so helpful and patient in giving the details. We chose Access among others because the storage is clean, you will not be scared, there is a sensorized lights and so accessible. We will again use their service if needed. Yong was very detailed and careful with every question that I had (and I had a lot since this was my first time). He showed us what units were available and told us key information such as its proximity to the elevator. Thank you Yong for being patient with us despite being right at around 5pm!

Access Storage provided a fantastic experience for my first ever use of personal storage. The customer service is exceptional and very friendly, and Sienna was very helpful and always smiling. Didi was very patient with my initial tour and all the questions that I had. The facility is very easy to access with your code, and well-maintained. I would definitely use again if I ever needed storage.
