I've used this storage facility for a year now and I have never had any issues with them. I find them to be incredibly kind and helpful - especially with any and all of the questions that I've had (which have been many). I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I'd also like to personally thank Kayleigh for always being attentive, thoughtful, and understanding. Great work guys and thanks again for everything!

All the staffs at Access Storage is super super sweet and friendly (I will miss them all! :-) ). The location is also perfect for my need. The storage and common areas are well maintained, spacious and well lit and the cleanliness are well maintained too and I feel safe anytime I went and was there. Access into facility and into your storage is super easy. I also enjoyed meeting the many wonderful kind storage customers there. Access Storage had been very valuable and helpful for me during my time of storage need. Will definitely use Access Storage again in the future and would recommend Access Storage to others!

I've been using access for about a year and a half. There was a conflict that recently arose, and being in a business myself, where customer service plays a huge part in how we grow, my concern was in how they would resolve the issue and not the issue itself, as I know first hand that running a business is never perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate me through the process and showed their professionalism. Christine and Kayleigh are top notch, caring individuals and I'm glad they are the ones I dealt with during the conflict. They made my decision extremely easy to continue my business and using their service for storage. Would definitely recommend storing with Access.

The young gentleman who works right at the front desk when you walk in during the day super kind, always very bubbly in a good mood. It makes you feel extremely comfortable explains everything so that you understand.! There was a lady there a couple years ago who was not friendly always in a bad mood. It’s nice to see that they have a better group of individuals working there.. Such a nice gentleman
