I'm sorry this location is not what it advertises , they are NOT CLIMATE CONTROLED , I rented a unit a month ago and the temperature and moisture in the unit has created a musty smell on any thing fabric , but I will say since they do advertise climate control if any of my 1960 wood furniture warps it will be their fault , when I called and reserved my unit I knew exactly what I was getting and the east Indian representative who works there argued with me for half an hour that I had to purchase a lock that they supply , even after seeing that the cheap circular lock that can be picked with a nail file I didn't receive an apology until I asked for it. Find a different option that paying close to 400$ for a 10×20 storage that is very humid and hot with no lights or plugs to see while you are in the unit. Awful service!

I was moving one day after the charge date . They waived the charge. So appreciated it .would have been awful to pay for a full month. I also found they gave me the best price after searching other storage places . Would recommend

They are incredible. I'm 1 day past my storage date as I have movers. They waived it versus charging me for a full month. Was impressed from the beginning until the end. Highly recommend for any storage needs!

At first i saw the site online, signed up at a location where i first thought was convenient, when i headed to the office (275 gordon) awet assisted me on the phone and in person to set up my storage with them in this location, which was far more convenient! He was very detail oriented, making sure i understood how their services work and how they can provide peace of mind with my items that are being stored! im glad this is a canadian company and was Assisted by Awet! to those who’s looking into a new storage, this is the place to be, and he is the person to reach out to! Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Attempted to call in 4 times over 20 minutes, had the manager answer me twice and tell me they were going to look into something then hang up on me. Called back again. Same thing happened. They clearly don’t understand how to use the hold feature on any of the phones, nor do they know how to call people back apparently. And if you’re a business owner, looking to use this as a storage site for tools, or anything of the sort, look elsewhere. Even if you’ve got 3+ years of business with them the second your corporate card expires they don’t let you know, and they lock you out of your lockers. Calling to get a hold of any personal or staff to help sort the issue out and was probably the most difficult task I’ve ever had to do. Zero sense of customer service, and an absolute pathetic excuse for a legitimate business.
