This storage facility is situated in a convenient location, just northwest of the Edmonton downtown core. I’ve been using it for a few years now and appreciate the variety of locker sizes and price points available. Rolling carts are provided for convenience and there is even a conveyor belt to make loading a breeze if you are storing on the second level. There are multiple drop off bays and a coded entrance adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind. They also sell packaging supplies and other storage essentials—just remember to bring your own lock. Overall, a reliable and well-equipped storage solution.

Vary professionally operated business. State of the art security system to watch over all the facilities public area's entrances exit's & loading dock's to maximize the secure locker the renter pays for. And wait there more the professional dedication is not in the front office only a large thank you to the janitor of the cleanest storage facilities I personally have ever utilized in my lifetime. Hes work ethic and attention to a properly cleaned building is staying ahead of the renter before and after they complete their storage locker business to ensure a clean environment for the next person to arrive . I honesty look forward to working with the great group of dedicated people at On Site Modular Storage for years to come. They staff are always willing to help you with understandable situations and they also look out for you safety and security with helpful reminds as to when they close and are contious of the energy consumption. Great prices aswell but could use a few more hours open

Amazing customer service. I've had two different size storage units. Everything is clean, organized with easy access. The building has great security. I also store my tires with them. The added e-transfer for payment is added convenience.

All I ever receive is harassment calls by these guys. I blocked their number and they call me with different numbers lol. Needless to say they are very un coordinated and un organized…

Wifi is free, they don't enforce the no bike rule what so ever. Clean place. Some of the lockers are wood. Nice management.

Good rates for storage, warm and dry, and 10 bucks a month for a mail box. We have all our packages (Amazon etc) delivered there so no porch pirate theft ever! The place doubles as a UPS store as well. Each time there is a delivery you get a phone call from the nice dispatcher Tim to come and get your stuff. You can store your car tires there too.

Tim has always been kind. I'm basically there every second day to receive an Amazon package, or a package from a courier.

Honestly the owner was very accommodating to my situation & worked with me. They went above & beyond really. Affordable & excellent customer service!! Thanks onsite!

I have stored my apartment contents at On Site Modular Storage twice and both times my experience was really great. The staff and managers are very helpful, the facility is clean, well set up, and easy to use, and the loading docks and dollies make it simple to load and unload things in an efficient way. I just moved my things out again a couple of weeks ago and the Manager went above and beyond to assist me in arranging for a Pod shipping container to be dropped off for me to load. This eased my stress and worry about a multi-province move considerably. Everything went great and I am very grateful. I highly recommend storing with them.

I rented a Uhaul 15 foot truck and the service was great, friendly staff and courteous. Good location that is convenient for access. The Uhaul truck was clean and easy to use. It was just the right size for moving my parents from their 1 bedroom apartment to a seniors lodge. Everything worked out great.
