Should’ve listened to previous posters who warned about price increases after a few months. Ours increased $60 a month. If you need storage locker for just a few months, it’s a good place to rent from. If you need something longer term, save yourself the hassle. Very disappointing!

This is a good self-storage facility. Staff is nice and it is kept in good condition. However there are two issues: one small and one significant. The small issue is that one of the three access doors often seems to be out of order meaning difficulty getting a bay. The bigger issue is the constant price increases. They hit at least twice a year and the most recent one was over 10%. I appreciate that once your stuff is in it is difficult to move but this increasingly feels like price gouging.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. The staff were very pleasant. Sonia was very helpful. She patiently answered all my questions, and possess a full knowledge of the company and it's policy. Not to mention, their prices are reasonable compare to others. We love Debbie at the Cornwall location. So helpful, polite, welcoming, funny etc. she explained everything in details. I am so happy with the service and facility, that I recommend to a few others. I did a survey before, not sure why it’s not showing. 5 ⭐️

Great clean storage location in the east end of Oakville. Easy of contact set up online was great and Debbie helping out was phenomenal; friendly, outgoing and so helpful. I can see why she’s a district trainer! Don’t look anywhere else if you need storage.
