New to this storage facility. I have rented space in the past, not using SmartStop. The initial sign up procedure was a bit more than I was used to but Rasula was excellent in guiding me through the process. I was shown the unit, which was clean and dry(very nice). Rasula was very polite and professional. It was nice to be greeted and shown “around”. I have not had that experience outside of the city. Would recommend SmartShop to people.

Martin was a very Superb and excellent customer service. I was very impressed and will recommend to other family members. I was really happy with his professionalism and welcoming attitude.

There was a small hiccup with my on-boarding process, which Martin and the Smartstop folks above him rectified very nicely, so a big thank you to them. Whereas many companies or people these days don't seem to have much integrity or give a hoot about your concerns, Smartstop and the folks at this particular location at least do. I had used this locations service with a slightly bigger unit a few years prior for a few months and nothing has really changed or gone downhill. It is still extremely clean, and wide driveways and hallways provide easy access. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experiences here.

I really appreciate him taking the time to walk through each unit, in effort of finding the most suitable option based on my expenses and belongings! Great customer service. I met Rasula and he is a very friendly guy. He communicated all the details I needed to know before I rent the space. Also the space is neat and suits what I was looking for. Overall everything went smoothly.

Hours are great. First time renting a storage unit the customer service was excellent got a small tour prior to getting my unit. Was shown a few units of the size that I was requesting. The facility is clean and the dollies available for use are very convenient and in good shape.

We recently started renting the storage unit from Smart Stop. We were quite impressed by the clean, neat and organized units in this location. The price was very reasonable and we really got a very good deal. Customer service representatives were very helpful in finding us the unit. I spoke to at least 3 representatives with dozens of questions and they were very patient in answering all the of them. Especially Martin who not only helped us move into the unit without any problem but was also very informative and accommodating. I feel bad that I had to trouble him with so many questions and how much I might have bothered him, yet he was quite patient and helpful! This location was convenient to get to, right off the highway and we would definitely recommend this storage facility. Update: Received 5 star excellent service from Ayodele today!! Will definitely recommend this storage for anyone looking for a clean and organized place. Thanks for the help 😀
