Service here was Great. Kevin greeted me warmly and showed immediate interest in my wanting to rent a unit. I went to other places for cost comparison and not only were they more expensive they acted like I was a bother. Came back and met witg Parsad. He was just as friendly and and got me set up quickly. It was such a smooth process! Kevin and Prasad were very helpful, informative, and friendly. I spoke with Kevin over the phone and via email, I've had a lot of questions, and he answered them very thoroughly! I've decided to get the storage, start the process and signed online. Checking-in, in-person was another smooth process, Prasad helped me with setting up what was necessary to access the storage and same day I moved some of my belongings. The facility was clean, good space, easy to get to, and didn't feel like a scary place 😆. With good prices for the storage, good space, and friendly staff, what more could you ask for?

This location is just awesome! Very convenient, great prices and as all reviewers have vouched, the staffs are incredibly accommodating and take the experience to the next level. We were helped by Kevin, who explained about the services thoroughly, walked us through many different units and gave detailed answers to all our questions. They even have mail box services! We went there with the mindset that we will explore some other places but we knew we found the best place in town! If you are thinking about renting a storage, think no more. I can confidently say you don't need to explore anywhere. The prices are great coupled with great staffs. You will just love this place. I wish all the places could at least match 10% of the level of customer service this place offers. Kevin has raised the bar so high that we are 100% sure we will be disappointed with other places moving forward!
