I had a great experience at StorageMart. The manager, Abini, was very helpful and professional. She took the time to explain the different unit sizes and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. The facility was spotless and well-organized, which gave me confidence that my things would be safe and secure. Abinii was very helpful! Repeated things as many times as I needed, very informative and thorough. Patient, friendly, intuitive, accommodating. It was my first time getting a unit and my confusion was palpable. I'm not good with numbers, directions, and get overwhelmed with information easily. I brought my partner to help me understand and retain information. Abinii picked up quickly that he was the big brain for this process even though I'm the owner of the unit. She was gentle and forgiving when we didn't understand something. I greatly appreciated being treated with this much kindness.

I couldn't be happier with the service. Storage Mart is one of the very best, of not the best, for price, service and convenience. Friendliest staff I've ever interacted with; I believe their service is second to none. If you're in the etobicoke area, and you need storage, you can't go wrong with StorageMart on Norseman Street.

I’ve been using Storage for a month now, and I’ve encountered several issues. There are frequent access system failures: the code doesn’t work, and the doors to the main access area won’t open. Once, I urgently needed to pick up my belongings, but I couldn’t get inside and had to wait about 40 minutes for a staff member to arrive and unlock the doors. Additionally, I wanted to check one of my devices, but was informed that I wasn’t allowed to use the power outlets on the premises. This was somewhat disappointing, as having access to power for such needs would be very helpful.
