For a storage place, it's cool. You can drive your vehicle inside. The staff are friendly. The place is clean. Lots of parking. Entering the lot can be a challenge. You're best served to enter while driving north. That way, the entrance is on your right. The entrance is across 3 lanes of traffic when coming south. You can avoid their insurance by showing your insurance covers the storage space.

Our company uses XYZ storage and I visited our unit today for the first time. The Manager of Operations, Samantha, was very helpful with showing me how to access our unit and helped me re-package some items I opened that I did not need. I would definitely recommend! This storage location at Laird is phenomenal. I’ve been here for a few years. Only moved out because we had to go far away. Staff is amazing facilities clean really can’t say enough good things store your stuff here.

The staff is very helpful and courteous, the entire facility is spotless (my belongings were in a locker for 3 years, and there is barely any dust on them!). Prices are fair and it was no problem to move out when I no longer needed the locker. I highly recommend them, and should I ever need to, I will rent from them again!

Great experience today with XYZ Storage Laird (Toronto location in Leaside)! The Front Desk staff - Samantha and Eyshanna - were very helpful with my customer service request today: acquiring bankers boxes to de-clutter my office…Samantha even built them for me!! I think she’s done this once or twice!! Also, they directed me to the shredding service offered at the Laird location. Thanks, ladies! You’re the best!
