Amanda was amazing at the front desk. the units open early, and are very clean facilities. Highly recommend and highly praise Amanda on her customer service on the very hot day we moved out items, she was concerned about the heat and allowed us to cool off inside when needed. Also we needed extra boxes and supplies and she had what we needed on hand at a good price. Thank you!
Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Disgusting, I had this women come out and ask me what I was doing prior to getting out of my car. Then I walked in and was appalled at her attitude when properly inquiring about the different units available. Horrible service. It’s like you are being scolded by a teacher because you don’t know the answer.
I've had my things in storage many times over the past 45 years and Secure Self Storage has been by far the best place ever! Some of my things have been there since 1997, due to family commitments in another province. Everything has been well cared for and the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The premises are always well kept, too.
No big lockers available but simple policies and well lit lockers. Easy to cancel, no hoops to jump through like other places. No pass code required to enter like other places.
