Very bad customer service. The lady working there was very rude and did not know how to speak to customers respectfully. I had a disappointing experience at this location. I would not recommend this U-Haul location for rentals and would suggest using another location instead.”

I came to this Uhaul store location (13554 84 Avenue Surrey BC- Store number-846034) on Monday, May 18/2026 @12.00pm pst and I purchased 3 Medium size boxes and 2 Large boxes. The store manager (a south Asian light skin man who wears glasses) told me that the medium box is $3.16 and the large box is $4.16.
There was a second man in the store (a south Asian dark skin man wearing a head scarf or tie), this man was the one that processed my transaction of 3 medium boxes and I paid $10.62 (3.16*3=9.48 + 1.14 (taxes) =10.62).
The store manger processed the second transaction of 2 large boxes (4.16*2=22.18).
When I got home and checked my online banking and saw $22.18, I called the store immediately and told them there was a mistake. The store manager told me, he will fix it and I can dispute the amount ($22.18) and on Tuesday, May 19/2026, he charged me another $22.18 and edited the receipt and put the large boxes for $5.16 instead of $4.16.
I would advise customers to AVOID this location because these 2 south Asian men are stealing from people and ripping people off and when you call them to explain there is a mistake, they will edit the receipt to make it look like you are lying and steal again from you. If you insist on going to this location, DOUBLE CHECK your receipt before you leave this location.
