U-Haul, I am not impressed. I went with my father on May 31st to pick up a trailer from this location. Around 1pm. My dad checked in and we went to get our trailer. We hitched up with a man in a brown shirt and went our merry way to pick up some furniture. Around 4pm the SAME DAY, we returned the trailer. The same man in the brown shirt asked my father for his reservation number, my dad gave it to him, unhooked the trailer and we left. Now tell me why TODAY (June 2nd) my mom and dad (both in their 60s) get not one but two calls from U-Haul Langley, asking where this trailer is. My father who has a hard time remembering things when flustered insisted that they dropped it off. The man on the phone talking to him then PROCEEDS TO THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON HIM. My mom, then calls me because I was there with my father when we picked up and dropped off and I call U-Haul headquarters for Vancouver and talk to a representative. Within 8-10 minutes of being on hold, I get a stuttered “Oh they walked around the lot and found it hiding in a corner somewhere, we will make sure to sign your U-Haul back in.” Okay, so they didn’t think to search for it BEFORE threatening someone who says they returned the trailer with calling the police? Bad form, U-Haul Langley. I will be escalating this to corporate.

I had a terrible experience with the U-Haul branch on Langley Highway. I called them multiple times, and each time I was left waiting on hold for 20 minutes or more. No one even asked how they could help—just left me hanging. After several attempts, they just cut the call again. Absolutely disappointing service. I won’t be returning.” Does that feel about right to you?

I was delighted with the service. The only glitch was that I had to park my car on the side of the road for the 4 hour duration of my move. I would have liked to have an alternative because “being dropped off by a friend” was not an option since they work weekdays.

Ankush and Mary Grace went above and beyond with their customer service. I was booking a one-way truck to Kelowna, and they truly went out of their way to help me secure one. They also proactively explained alternative backup options in case anything changed, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Both of them are real assets to the company, and I’m very thankful to have crossed paths with them.

So i encountered the lady named simranjeet or simranjot K, don't know exactly. We had a reservation, we paid, hooked up the trailer and we drove away as it was our maybe 20th time if not less, renting from uhaul, theutility trailer. She called me immaturely and started screaming like she's my high school teacher. I explained her that i was running late and i got even the pics for the hookup. She never told me that you cant leave without having a person checked the trailer hookup. Also, there wasn't a single person to help me out. Even though before that at the same location, I did myself the hookup but never the issues. This lady should go to the school or stay home if she got some problems, 0 customer service, inexperienced. Got no right to talk to someone like that. Even after that she complaint about me and tried to ban me. When i was explaining her, she hanged up on me, what she thinks she is superior or something? Please get your staff some training in customer service. Rest everybody is nice to me. Anyhow, I didnt get ban from the uhaul, thanks to the team!
