I moved my parents belongings into storage sometime in 2014 when they moved out of province and it’s been there ever since. Recently I flew back to deal with all of there belongings and fully expected the locker to be disgusting, mice bugs and so on. But I was pleasantly surprised it was like all their belongings were frozen in time, there seems to be no rodent activity. My mom worked in storage for many years I know how it goes when things sit but this facility is so clean I am so happy we chose to store with them. Highly recommend. Carla and her team have been so kind, answering all my questions and being available when I needed to give someone access to my locker.

Heated. Secure. Friendly, helpful, receptionist. Clean. We'll maintained. Never had any problems that Casla couldn't handle.

I've been dealing with these guys since I moved back from oak West. Payments have been made a few times on my part. They've always treated me with incredible decency Carla, the woman behind the desk is absolutely amazing. Great personality always has a smile even though sometimes you can see she's a little stressed over some things she's never made me feel it place is an incredible place to deal with The owner is amazing! He's an absolutely great guy. If you can get your stuff in this storage area, it'll be well taken care of. Absolutely great people great place to deal with

This is the best place to rent for storage. It's a very clean facility and with a safe environment. I love the email reminders and being able to pay for long term rentals or short term, such as pay weekly when I am in being contract work. The staff are so friendly and helpful -l always leave happy or when I speak with them on the phone. The owners are so nice and Cathy and Carla are so pleasant to deal with. This storage facility has been amazing beginning to today! Weekly payments are a rare find in terms of rental fees and options to pay one or two or three weeks at a time if your budgeting a little closer is super helpful and makes this storage location stand out. They also have great staff, have been super helpful and access to the facility is great!

For such a highly rated place don't expect any compassion if you can't make up your payment right away or if you run into life troubles because they will not work with you. All they want is your stuff to make auction money its the only place I have done business with like this. I came with a 300 payment and the bill was 302.60 and wouldn't take my 300 payment because I didn't have the 3 bucks on me. I've never seen a business like this. If you use this place make sure you never have life issues happen because they don't care. I will never use this place or recommend it to anyone not ever. And i will tell anyone who will listen about this place and will be writing more reviews elsewhere. (EDIT) Since this situation things have changed its been two plus years of dealing with them and I have had no issues since. They have been wonderful to deal with.

For someone who’s never used a storage facility before, my experience was second to none. Carla and Scott ensured I had the proper size space for my car, accommodated my request to reserve a few days earlier than expected, and provided upmost, friendly, and professional service. Storage is clean, safe, and virtually idiot proof. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend.
