The units are clean and spacious. The customer service rep, Ishan, walked me through the unit and explained all the do’s and don’t. He also got me a great deal for the length of stay. It was a 10/10 service.

Basically very good. They do not clear the snow around the parking stalls in winter The road way leading to the storage lockers and stalls needs repairs Other my experience was good. I liked the fact that they called to check when the vehicle was not in the parking stall.

Great experience renting a storage unit! The application process was smooth.. kept stuff in storage for about 4 months.. didnt see any signs of damage or pests, which was my main concern. Would recommend !

My experience with this public storage location started July 1st, 2018, and lasted until August 31st, 2024! Like many others, I have heard the horror stories about belongings being stolen in storage facilities, pests, water damage, and the list goes on and on. My 6 years with this location was in my mind, a complete success. Year after year, questions always pop up in your mind about the safety of your belongings being in storage so long, will they be riddled with pests, is it too cold, will they get wet? Well I am very happy to inform any future storage users that 2535 Derry Road E is the place to be! Over the years I've met a few different staff members who were all very helpful, professional and thoughtful. The current staff and especially the Manager were very very helpful and thoughtful during my moving out process, she made sure I had all I needed to make my move successful. I rented 2 Uboxes from Uhual and I was able to work well with the manager of that facility to coordinate the drop-off and pickup. Thank you very much to the past and especially the present staff at the 2535 Derry Road E location for taking such great care of my precious belongings all these years, I would highly recommend your services. I am very happy with the customer service I recieved when opening a storage unit. They were very nice and patient with my daughter and were very helpful using the golf cart to drive my items to the unit. The unit is very clean in a well lit hall and I feel my stuff will be very safe there.

I went to the Derry Road location, opposite the airport. I met this girl at reception who gave me all of the information and showed me to the unit. She was really helpful and kind. My apologies for not remembering your name. I shortlisted this place and then went in the next day to sign the contract, met Essa and Kavika who were both incredibly helpful. You guys have great staff who provide amazing customer service.

The units are a bit smaller than what they have them listed as, 8ft-ish x 8ft-ish rather than the 10x10 it’s states it is so I did have to upgrade units last minute because my things wouldn’t fit in their “10x10”. The staff there are super nice and friendly and showed me several other spaces to choose from. The place is safe, easy to get to and the price was good.

I met with Kavya and Shiu and they walked me through all the details and explained everything in detail as well as answering any questions that I had. Customer service was a 10/10.
