Being a first-time renter- Sandra, who was behind the counter, was quite knowledgeable. She was great and explained everything in detail, so I left with 100% comfortability in how what when where and why. She made sure I was able to get to my unit with ease. She is such a pleasure to deal with . The grounds are always plowed out in the winter. It is very easy access. I have had to email in a quick question about something, and they answered back in just a couple of hours. They have boxes for sale as well. One of my boxes that had my personal contents got broken and was able to get a bid that seemed to be thicker and stronger then my original box in a matter of moments. I could finish packing my storage unit. I will make sure I recommend you to friends and family when they are in need of a unit to rent Thank you so much for making this difficult time for me a very smooth and easy transition!

Worst experience and Storage units company ever. Thank goodness I will hopefully never need one again. Things got moldy the people are very rude. We only rented for one month and they charge for two. Absolutely ridiculous service.

STAY AWAY. This place is a joke and scam. After being there for over 5 years with constant rate increases they have the nerve to say the unit is damaged because there's tape on vent holes which has been there from the day we took it on(there fault). Then they say there's damage to the floor in a shipping container lol. Workers or owners are creepy and live in a dump or salvage yard next door. Renting a shipping container for $250/month in field is not worth it people....especially here.

Super easy to get a storage unit that suited my needs. Priced reasonably and the staff is super friendly. I love the ability to access my unit whenever I need to without issues. The automated gate and key pad access code makes life easy. I like pushing the easy button and Broncos makes it easy😁

I would give 0 stars if possible. Nothing but problems. Love getting locked inside the storage area because my code stops working to let me out. Only solution since no one is available to answer a phone on a weekend is wait for someone to come in and then leave. I cannot believe I had to spend money on this place. I would NEVER recommend

Very pleased with my first experience renting a storage unit. It was easy to rent a unit on the website. Access is 24 hours. The property appears tidy and organized. The unit is clean and convenient. Any time I have needed to contact the office with a question they were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

As storage facilities go, Bronco is amongst the best. I have a 5th wheel trailer in outside storage and for location, ease of entry and exit, and room to move inside the facility, Bronco is as good as it gets.
