This was my very first time renting a storage unit, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I shopped around before choosing this place, and I have to say, the difference was night and day. So many of the other facilities I looked at felt sketchy with lots of pressure to sign a contract with confusing terms that seemed designed to trap you or overcharge you. From the moment I contacted this facility, the experience was completely different. The owner and staff were so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything without pressure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in running a clean, safe, and well-organized operation. The unit was great, access was easy, and I never once felt unsure about security or logistics. I honestly can’t thank them enough, highly recommend!

While the site is secure and clean, they will raise the price with little notice, if you move out they will not refund you balance owed - moved out Mar 11th, payment came out on Mar 1st, did not refund me balance owed. Other storage companies do not engage in this type of thievery, go elsewhere as there are companies with better rates and policies.

Great storage facility. I have used a few facilities in the city and this is the best. I have rented 4 units here over 8 years and always return to the same location 1776 O’connor. Thanks Ash for making this a great experience.

Worst experience I have ever had for a storage unit. The management will lie directly to your face about rates, then they will blame head office for saying they changed what they promised you. They give you the run around, their facilities are not even clean, you don't even have access to a washroom after the office closes at 5pm. They more than doubled my rent when they promised me it wouldn't go up by more than 50 dollars. Criminals. Absolute criminals. Go anywhere else and get better service than from this storage place. Cannot wait to move into my new one with a real management that actually cares about its customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. 🤙

I do not recommend the mattress bags from here. We were moving on a Sunday and my Amazon order did not arrive on time so bought mattress bags from here as they were the only ones carrying the size I wanted and the bags clearly said that they are super strong-made for moving. Even before we got the mattresses to the elevator they were tearing!!! Probably good for just storing mattresses but definitely not worth the price paid for the quality of the polythene. Compared the material to the ones delivered by Amazon and there was a huge difference.

I had a misunderstanding with Ash, but everything is all good now. Ash did his best to rectify the situation, and I am very happy with his service and the way he took care of me. Thank you very much for your excellent attention to my concern, Ash. Keep up the good work 👏
