Staff was friendly and it was very easy to onboard. They were very kind -- terrific customer service! The only reason why it's 4 stars is because there are no dollies. When we first moved in, there was 1 red one for the whole building. But for the last 3 visits, there hasn't been any dollies to be seen at all which makes it very difficult to move items. We ended up buying and bringing our own cart to move our stuff. There's also no cameras in the building, so anyone could've taken it and hid it in their unit for their own convenience since its the only dolly in the building; No one would ever know. Otherwise, the unit and staff are great! Just frustrated at the dolly situation.

The girls at the front office were wonderful very helpful very friendly. Looking online was easy walking into the front office was even easier. There was already a lock inside the unit. They walked me to the unit watch me lock it gave me my code number to call told me if I had any problems to contact them couldn’t have had a better experience.

Popped into this location to pick up some moving boxes and had the pleasure of being helped by Nicole. She provided excellent customer service, was knowledgeable about what I needed, and was kind enough to help carry the boxes out to my car. Thank you again Nicole! 10/10 :)

Kristina and Nicole were incredible to work with in getting setup with a unit. They were extremely thorough in explaining about accessing and using the facility. The rates are great, but Kristina and Nicole really make the difference.

Poor customer service. Poorly maintained grounds. Office closures when there is 2cm of snow. Uncleared walkways, the lady in the office is a complete... Anyway... c u next tuesday. Also secret increases in "protection plan" charges. Overall the worst storage place I have ever used.

My daughter moved and was unable to store her crates until this month. The units are clean and secure. We moved her belongings out today and the company prorated the cost so we only paid for 4 days for the final month. Great company, great people.

My roommate and I had a great experience with Storage Mart (Westney/Ajax location). I rented a unit online at night and by the next morning I was loading the unit. Nicole was working the morning we checked in and it couldn’t have been smoother. Not only was she super helpful, she was also super easy to talk to. The whole check in process took about 10 minutes (front desk to unit). Not to mention the prices are AMAZING. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

Kristina and Max were extremely helpful and had me already to go in 15 mins. They were very kind and even gave me apple juice and water :D. Honestly the easiest time I could have imagined during this move and you wouldn’t believe what you can fit in a 10ft by 10ft storage locker.

The support team and the front desk are clearly trained to misinform and confuse the customer. Rate increases take place without any heads up and their business practices are very predatory! Absolutely hate these guys!! Horrible experience so far!
