The customer service agent Shanique was a delight. She displayed a warm genuine smile, explained every detailed of the agreement and how to access my unit. The unit was clean and ready to be used. The price is reasonable.

The customer service here is top tier!. Nikki and shanique were great!, I didn’t end up getting storage but they helped me out with all of the inquiries I had. I Will definitely recommend storage mart to anyone looking to rent a unit.

Difficult to make payments online. I can only make payments with a visa debit or TD, when I only bank with CIBC and BMO. Terrible.

Its a great place to store your items, it has heat its pest free very clean and bathrooms are allways available. The staff is very friendly Nicole and Sheryl are very helpful allways smiling very curtious. If i ever need to store anything I will allways go back.
