Great place for quick storage. We had an appointment at US consulate ans we left our mobile phone there very friendly staff and its nearby 7 mins walk from US visa office. The only catch is they take cash only
Great experience storing here. The staff was always friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The move-in and move-out process was smooth, and the facility was clean and secure. Really appreciate all the help and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Awesome experience with great on-site staff. Units are easy to access, and staff were patient and willing to help. Did not have trouble using the second floor units. Entrance is slightly hard to find, recommend driving slower once turning into the parking lot.
I have rented a unit at this location for many years. The premises are always spotless, the indoor parking very appreciated and convenient, and the staff (Erica and Paul) are always accommodating, knowledgeable and communicate promptly with any news concerning their site. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering renting a storage unit. I have not had the opportunity to use their Purolator services but do not doubt this service would be just as great.
The staff here couldn't be better, for both storage rentals and a Purolator drop off/pickup location. It's so convenient having both my storage rental and being able to do my shipping needs for my business with one stop. Erica and Paul are extremely helpful and efficient at what they do. They deserve a raise!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Cheers for all you do.

I just had a wonderful experience because I met Paul. He patiently explained to me every single storage, including the large and small ones. He also gave a detailed explanation and took us to visit every storage that I was interested in. His explanations were very thorough, even during the contract signing process, he made every detail very clear. He was also very humorous. In the end, I found a storage that suits me perfectly. So, anyone who is interested in this storage can come and have a look at this store. You will definitely not be disappointed.

I was intimidated by renting a storage unit but it was really easy here. The front desk staff are very friendly and kind, especially Paul who I see working most times I’m in. He was so kind and informative when I first called to ask some questions. Every time I go in, the staff are really nice and it never feels forced. The place is immaculately clean and feels very secure, the prices are competitive and the location is central. Highly recommend
We (myself and helpers) have found this facility easy to use once we are down the hill. The carts are great and one can quickly navigate to and from the locker. The buttons for the doors are straightforward and the combination lock is, also, easy to use. I have no photos, my apologies.
Great storage facility! The staff are friendly and personable and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. It is heated with easy first floor access and you can get in 24 hours a day. I highly recommend it. 😊
The onsite Manager went above and beyond to help resolve an account issue my son was having. Communication was quick and extremely positive. I highly recommend this location for storage.
Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I had a big storage unit with this guys for OVER 2 years! And was finally trying to move and ship my things on the 12 or before the 15th day of the month.
I told this people and all they could say was you have to move on the 12th which is your billing circle or pay for another month after the 12th even though you’d be moving out within the 12th-15th.
So basically, they want me to pay another $300 for a month just because I may need an extra day or 2 days?
Very heartless set of people.
Mind you… back end story, I’m a new mum, my baby is 23 days old, I’m flying in all the way from Alberta with my newborn renting a uhual container, U-Haul is to deliver the Ubox and i still have to look for movers to load all my things into the Ubox. All of these are moving parts that arrange and fit into one day!
Very heartless and inconsiderate set of people and company. Never ever using them again. No compassion whatsoever.
Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Visited Apple Self Storage to ship a work-related parcel, as it is an authorized shipping agent for Purolator. I received such friendly and helpful customer service from both Audrey and Paul on this visit. So much so that I went back a few days later as I had to ship out another box. I appreciated the great customer service and will continue to ship through this location.
Been a customer here for a couple of years. Love this place and the people that work there. Friendly and happy people. Always helpful in switching units, and all the units are always clean.

Friendly staff and affordable rates for rental units! I was able to fit my all of my stuff from a one bedroom apartment in a medium sized unit, and there is still more space to store more things.
Very clean organized space with strict security rules…. and Audrey was very helpful and very cheerful and upbeat. Not to mention not hesitant to reach me out to My Movers to help me move my belongings. Moving off college campus made easier!
