Had a bad experience with U-pak Esquimalt/victoria. Been loyal to them and considerate that when i booked for my locker access and when i came there for some reasons on their fault i wasn’t able to get access and i let it go give them consideration. But when i had an emergency and wasn’t discharged on the day i was supposed to go to my locker even though i had documents to prove that as i tried to reach out & explain to the lady employee on their hotline she didn’t care, they don’t have any consideration. It was an emergency and no one knows it will happen and they don’t understand that. They just charge as it’s favourable to them. *rguevarra

Upak is an efficient, cost effective way to do storage. Employees are courteous, and pleasant to deal with on the phone. They also give a military/ veteran discount on your monthly cost.

So far have had a great experience booking a moving container with Upak. Tyson and Vera really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and confident about putting my stuff in storage, and were very patient with my questions and concerns. The facility appears to be clean and secure.

Great price and customer service. With an out of the city move with a family of 4 children, I got sick and I forgot to book the last day to access our container. The locker was delivered at a convenient time and the driver worked on a good location for the locker with me. He took the time to explain locker delivery and pickup constraints so I understood the limits of placing a locker. Very happy🙏

Highly recommend! The employees at U-Pak are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our storage cube was picked up, stored, and delivered without any problems.

I had two different pods at different intervals and arranging them for drop off and pick up was super easy. Staff on the phone were always helpful and extremely pleasant. I also had to access one while in storage and it was seamless. The people delivering the pods were friendly and professional and did such a great job maneuvering them in and out of a tight space. All my belongings inside the pods arrived safely. Thank you so much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business!

Can’t speak more highly of our experience with UPAK. We needed a larger size. They were accommodating and ran back to the yard and Promptly brought the larger size crate. We need an additional one, and they were quick to Provide a second larger crate. All within the same day. Nate the delivery person Was so polite and professional, and he left us feeling at ease. Amazing service! Whenever I call/visit everyone is so kind and helpful. I love that I can cancel my storage at anytime and don't need to give a 1month notice. Will be recommending them to others!

UPak has been so great. I used their unit to move from Vancouver to Victoria including six months storage, and four months of vehicle storage north of Vic. They respond so quickly, their rates are unbeatable, and their service is prompt and on time. Highly recommend, and will definitely use them again if needed.
