I can't say enough good things about this place.
Had to leave a really bad situation very quickly. I showed up frantic and upset, and was met with kindness, patience, and understanding.
Not once did I have rodents, or bugs in the year that I rented here. I did have friendly service and the feeling of safety i needed.

Been renting from this storage facility for a few months! Owner is very friendly always waves when we see him. Very clean, decently priced. Extremely professional!
Clean and bright Facility. Highly secured as well as having friendly staff. They have different sized unit with the option to have a climate controlled storage unit or not. I opted for climate control. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to store their belongings in a safe, clean, well maintained storage facility.
I have been renting from Grant for several years now, after renting a different unit (from him) years ago during university as I was so pleased I felt comfortable renting long term from him.
Grant and his staff (and cutie pup, Boris) have been nothing short of exceptional - the facilities are spotless, well maintained, secure and staff are always on site and easy to locate.
Grant has stayed late for me on a number of occasions to ensure I can obtain everything necessary from my units.
Prices are fair and both size and availability of units are ample. Grant was fantastic when helping me select the size and type (indoor) of unit I needed for my needs. He was as able to address and meet all of my requirements.
I have never struggled with asking for or receiving help from Grant and his associates.
Grant is easy to communicate and work with which only adds to the ease of the process.
As someone who relies on a storage facility
due to travel and work, I have utmost peace of mind renting from Grant.
When we got there to move in are stuff there was a snow bank by the garage door so I ask Grant for a shovel and his response was "just kick it over with your feet" and when me and my buddy almost slipped and fell, I tried to locate him didn't find him so I found a shovel use it to dig a clear path and put it back, grant returns 15 minutes later with a shovel and I told him "I did your job for you so that the place is safer" and he kicked me off the property, owner dosent seem to care about clints saftey and only cleanliness 10/10 would not store here again (edit note a day later) wasn't aware you guys helped unload after I left so I'll up the rating a little but that stuff should of already been done even before we got there was a safety hazard for us that you didn't address
By far the best storage place in town.
The owner is very accommodating to every need or problem that may arise. On top that, I cannot stress enough the level of cleanliness that is achieved.
If I have storage needs in the future, I will not hesitate to go back.
I am so very sad to say that today is my last day needed the services of northern mini storage after almost 2 years we no longer require their services but I am so please to say that the services have far exceeded any of my expectation when first signing up. The owner is very sweet always willing to lend a hand or stop and chat. I strongly recommend using them for your storage needs the units are clean and well maintained and very fair prices.
