Difficulties began before I could even roll up the door. Online advertised amenities included 24-hour access. Beware! That is only available at select locations and costs extra—ludicrous considering rent here is at least double other facilities of the same size. While Prime Storage provides power, lighting alone doesn't justify that price gap. I leased online and received an immediate access code via email. However, after renting a U-Haul and arriving at 5:00 AM, the code failed. Customer service provided a temporary code to get me through the main gate, but once at the unit, there was no 'free lock' as advertised, nor anywhere to place a standard lock. Instead, there was a keypad for a garage door opener. The entry code provided for that keypad didn't work either. Calling customer service a second time, I was told new tenants must check in with the local office between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM before unit entry is allowed. I had to leave with my loaded U-Haul and return later. When I returned during office hours, the office doors were locked and no staff was present. Customer service tried reaching local personnel on my behalf but got no response. Another hour wasted, and an extra day added to my U-Haul bill. The only positive was that my refund and contract cancellation were processed within 24 hours. However, when paying $800 a month for a storage unit, basic operational execution and accurate advertising are expected."

We loved our experience with prime storage! By far the best storage facility I have worked with, Natalie was so great to us and seen we were dying of heat and gave us water she was so sweet!

Natalie, is great to work with. Love that they have commercial sized units that can get large trucks in. Place is clean and well kept.

Prt 1, When I visited this Prime storage facility I noticed that it was very well kept. When I went inside to inquire, the manager Natalie, was very informative, polite, and easy to work with. She helped me to set up the app to open the gate, just very helpful. Prt 2, 9/2025 I needed a use for a second unit in a hurry for work related reasons so I talked with Natalie and within minutes she had me a second unit close to the one that I rent now. I have noticed with all the staff at the managers office everyone has been polite and very helpful. Prt 3 5/14/2026 The manager Natalie has been great to work with. When ever I has a problem, I talk to Natalie about it and before I leave the office she has it wrote down to put her work order list. She keeps the property very clean and presentable. Prime Storage, just like everyone else, has to increase their rates from time to time. They have been great about it and raise them fairly.

I was there about 7 years. Decent place. Onsite trailer dump, water in 2 locations and bathroom. Units have power, lighting and remote control automatic garage doors. You do pay a premium. Good community of people. It changed hands 3 times while I was there. Each time they pulled back on amenities and raised the rent. They removed 2 water spigots, access to dumpster and limited the access to the facility from the remote control to an app that never worked. I would say that the price compared to amenities is of an average value.
