Quick, effecient, pickup was easy, drop off even easier, on of the better rental experiences ive ever had. I'd highly recommend this establishment for all your moving van rental needs.
Very poor experience, the manager at the location initially refused the drop-off despite the contract clearly indicating their location as the drop off point. They told me I had to drive the truck further and there was nothing they could do, I had no transportation back from the drop off and they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience or their own contract. For reference, this truck was driven over 2000km as well, to suddenly try to change the drop off location the day of is unacceptable and very unprofessional, given the fact that your customer has just driven 16 hours and has a contract.
I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Shivam was awesome and great experience if I could rate him a 10 I would definitely reccomend to deal with him and go to him 100% friendliest U-Haul worker deserves better pay
Very helpful staff members. The Store manager is very helpful and always ready with advice and suggestions if needed to. She helped picking the right boxes for the belonging and preparing qoutes for truck rental.
I definitely recommend this Uhaul store.
