The locker was delivered at a convenient time and the driver placed the locker exactly where I needed it. He took the time to level the locker so the doors operated easily. Very happy🙏

Have nothing but good things to say about U-Pak Storage in Esquimalt. Was treated with courtesy, everything played out according to plan, staff were exceptionally helpful. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t speak more highly of our experience with UPAK. We needed a larger size. They were accommodating and ran back to the yard and Promptly brought the larger size crate. We need an additional one, and they were quick to Provide a second larger crate. All within the same day. Nate the delivery person Was so polite and professional, and he left us feeling at ease. Thank you UPAK!

Rented a locker last December as a favor for another person, I went in person to cancel my name and remove my credit card off the account on February 03, 2023 I gave them the keys and made one more payment for that month and told them that this other person would be in to assume ownership of the locker, which that person did do, with witnesses. Seven months later I noticed my credit card was still being charged (I have auto payments so I don't see the statements very often) Now they say the other person never existed, even though the locker was delivered to his address and emptied in July, I am still on the hook for $1000.00, and if this other person never existed how did you give him the keys. Thanks for all the fraud on my credit card because you can't enter things into your computer properly. And ask for someone else other than Vera, she just pays you lip service and her promises are all lies for the past two months. I am exploring legal guidance now.

An amazing experience renting Upak containers, both from dealing with the office staff to receive information about what’s available, to the day of delivery and the wonderful communication, letting us know that the containers were on the way, right to the fabulous driver, who unloaded the boxes, she was amazing! This company is highly recommended. We love them!
