This storage place. Has really great prices. Clean and friendly workers. Mr.Jean was.super helpful with our long term rental and he was very curtious. Anyone looking for a good storage place. This entrepot is well located on notre dame.
Terrible experience at Public Storage in Montreal, QC. 400 Avenue La Salle on Notre Dame, Montreal. I went in to rent a unit and was told I only had to pay until the 1st of the month. I paid, but when I went back, they claimed the employee made a mistake and now I had to pay the full difference. I never received a call or warning.
I spoke to the manager, who admitted it was their error but refused to honor the original agreement. He told me it wasn't his problem and I should "call OPC" (Consumer Protection Office) because "they don’t make our rules." Very dismissive and unprofessional.
Now I’m stuck paying more because of their mistake. Would not recommend — poor customer service and no accountability.
I didn't know what to expect when I needed short-term storage in Montréal for the summer months.The promo of 50% off for the first three months certainly inspired my initial choice of Entrepôt Public in Montréal.The personal care from Janice (who speaks three languages fluently!) made the experience of getting set up here actually enjoyable. I am impressed with the organization and cleanliness, and security of the site.
Yadira and her team at Public Storage are incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable. You get a secure storage facility with a dedicated staff, fair prices, nearly 24h access, and pleasant customer service if you ever encounter a problem onsite. I highly recommand them, and the Avenue Lasalle branch, specifically in Hochelaga. I've had storage there for years, and never had a problem.
Jean has been so helpful over the phone and helped me figuring out what size I would need (which I had no idea). Turned out to be too big when I got there and he was as nice in person than over the phone. I got a unit size that was better for what I had and was very helpful during the whole process!
Great experience with renting a 10x10 storage space and a parking space as well. The manager Jean is very friendly and helpful. Fair pricing and the location is perfect for me since it's on the way to downtown from HOMA.
Wow, the staff offered me an outstanding service. I reserved my unit online and within a couple hours after they opened, they gave me a call to confirm everything. Then I went in person to sign the paperwork for the monthly lease, everything was explained thoroughly and easily. Honorable mention to the lady that served me and also Jean. I’m very satisfied and left with a smile :)
