The first day, we went to look at a storage locker. The employee gave us a swipe card and two locker numbers and told us to go pick one.
During the one year we were there. I told the staff four times that there was a guy living in the locker behind us. Nothing was ever done about. The access hours to the yard were ridiculous. You can only go to your locker during business hours.
We moved to a different storage facility that has yard access from 6 am. until 10 pm. 365 days a year
Great service! Had a warning about my account come by email. I responded asking for a call, and the next day received a call, sorted out the issue and overdue charge was removed. Felt great to have personal service with a call from a human. Great job Nanaimo crew. Facilities are always clean and I am so impressed with the service.
