Fred was beyond rude at the 2 Greensboro location. Has no respect for woman... accusing me of things that were completely untrue and when I told him I thought he was confusing me with someone else he became very aggressive and demeaning. Totally uncalled for, unjustified and completely unprovoked. He should seriously consider anger management classes and maybe some additional training is needed.

Ana (I’m sorry I didn’t right down your full name) was very kind, thorough, patient , knowledgeable and fun to work with. She answered our questions and went through the details so we would fully understand the process. She made sure we saw the locker and that we were happy with it. Fred was also very professional and made sure we had all the documents we needed so we would have confidence in our decision. The locker itself and the premises in general were clean and in good repair. We actually had fun with them while we were there! We would definitely rent here again and recommend Public Storage on Greensboro Dr.!

I needed a relatively large self-storage unit at short notice and the staff at my local Public Storage were very helpful. Setup was smooth, the unit stayed dry and secure during severe weather, and checkout was painless. The final month was able to be prorated since we left at the beginning of the month, just a few days into the next rental period. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Public Storage again.

This place is not the cleanest nor the most flexible with payment dates. You can’t choose a date for payment, some of their staff are rude and unexperienced. As soon as I’m able to go to Toronto area im changing storage. Way too many options to tolerate their bad customer service
