These guys are heartless - I called and booked a unit over the phone, paid for it ($80). I found the same size unit at access storage except it has an extra 4 ft. of space (5x5x8ft) so I called the cancel this unit and they told me it's their policy to make you pay for the first month (They said they want the $80 I just paid for booking a unit over the phone). I understand if the person has already moved in, I have never even stepped foot into green storage nor did I sign any paperwork.
I explained I'm moving in 2 days and really need this money to help with that, but they kept saying their manager is never around and never picks up their phone so they don't know when I can have this issue resolved. So I get to wait 2 weeks before my bank can start to get my money back for me. It's more the desperation in my voice and how I was provided no services what so ever; except for taking my first months payment of course. It took them 2 seconds to take the money out of my account without my permission but getting back is going to take me over a month. On top of that, they took ANOTHER $95 charge in the same day claiming it was an accident and it's being refunded right away. I called my bank, no refund has been issued.
Still cheaper to go to access storage even after all the headache.
I wouldn't suggest this place: the customer service was unhelpful, and apparently there are never any managers around in order to help you if you do have an issue, and most importantly they don't follow safe work practices around your personal information. They now have $165 of my money for no reason at all.

Getting my storage unit at Green Storage was a breeze. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, but what really stood out was the staff. He friendly, helpful and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
These guys are simply the best. Everything is made simple, their customer service is courteous and their management is effective and flexible. To anyone reading this dont make the mistake of choosing another company for your storage unit, whether you're renting as a matter of course if you're in a rough spot in life (lost a loved one, divorce etc) these guys aren't going to add to your problems. Great people, great company.
josh was amazing, gentle & professional. couldnt say any more, the storage location alone are very clean, modern & its gated! it also has a drive through so thats a big perks for winter. we love it!
