Safe, affordable ( better priced than others ), clean, air conditioned. Well managed, amazing, friendly and professional staff, surveillances cameras throughout the whole building and outside plus they do security checks in person regularly. Washrooms are available and the facility is wheelchair accessible. There are two elevators and trolleys available for moving your things.
All in all a great secure place for all your storage needs, big or small.

Kaine was an absolute help when I came to look and check out pricing with Bluebird Storage on Dufferin Boulevard. Let me save you the canvassing around for best pricing as Ive done that for you already. The pricing here is definitely the lowest in the city and their price lock is for a year with no surprise mark-up pricing a few months after signing any contract. The location here is very clean and well organized. Like I've mentioned above, the staff are super friendly and attentive to my needs for the appropriate Storage unit.
